Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after purchase.
Exception
A return will only be considered if the item is proven to be inauthentic, verified by a recognized third-party authentication service.
Non-Returnable Reasons Include (but are not limited to):

We do not accept or sell items that have undergone undisclosed third-party alterations.
Any misrepresentation of item condition may result in transaction cancellation at our sole discretion.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns :
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & Awmin.co tag must be attached to receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any refunds if you return more than three items in a 12 month period.
Return Procedure :
Contact our customer service team at [contact information] within three days of receiving your item(s) to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will be provided a prepaid return label, please make sure the return item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dust bag, box, lock, etc.). Please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process :
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their eligibility, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
